Natural Bodybuilding Supplements and the Lies We Are Told

So many lies and mis-truths are running a muck in the world of bodybuilding it is frightening. Go to any magazine rack and pick up the latest copy of muscle and fiction and you will know what it is that I am writing. All these adds with volcanoes, or war scenes in the back ground telling you that if you take this then you will be a monster!

OK. Back in the real world, you want supplements that are safe, bio-available, and do the right job for you and your temple. Time to start the research.

Why do you need supplements? When you push your body to extreme conditions with the result of forming a more perfect, stronger body, your nutritional needs change. Your body needs more protein, vitamins, minerals, trace elements, etc., then the normal person. Why you ask? The answer is simple, you are working the machine harder.

Your body is using its fuel, and all the other chemicals needed to metabolize food for energy at a much higher rate. Along with this your body is also trying to maintain the new growth, and keep itself functioning at this new level of intensity. This is where you need supplements. Your food intake will no doubt increase, but if you are not ingesting the right building block, your body will not have all the materials that it needs to maintain and grow.

Worse yet, if you have little to no knowledge about the proper supplements that your body needs, you can do great damage to your system by taking the wrong things or the wrong doses. This can be dangerous, and lead to long term problems with your health.

Remember, the goal is to be strong and healthy. Do your research, do your routine, and be strong and healthy in doing so.
