I've been bodybuilding for several years now and I've picked on
which bodybuilding workouts are effective and which ones are wastes of
time. I wanted to present the best ones I think people should do.
Incline Bench Press: You'll want to find a benching rack that allows you to incline the bench. When you're inclining, put it to the lowest incline. You're going to do a regular bench press, except you're going to be at an angle. This will force your upper pecks and shoulders to do the brunt of the work. Try this for 3 sets of 8 reps.
Barbell Bent Over Rows: This is a very simple, but effective back exercise that will help you put on muscle. Grab a barbell and have it on the ground in front of you. Bend down grip it with your palms facing out and stand up straight. Next, bend over at a 45-degree angle and keep your back straight. Lastly, tuck in your elbows and pull the weight up to your chest. Try this for 3 sets of 8 reps.
Squats: This is when you get a barbell on a rack and lift it up on the back of your shoulders. Squat up and down. This exercise is essential for getting strong legs and helps condition your body to increase the production of testosterone. Never neglect your legs when you're bodybuilding because most of the time the leg exercises will help your upper body.
These are the three most essential bodybuilding workouts. They will work just about every part of the body and they must be incorporated into your training routine.
